Private Lesson Cancellations Procedures
To cancel a private lesson, you must submit a cancellation request using the link below (location specific):

When a private lesson is cancelled, the charge associated with the lesson is adjusted to reflect the cancellation. This is done manually by our administration.
Example: You were charged for 2 lessons at $40 each, so the charge for that lesson would show on your account as $80. If one of those lessons was cancelled, the charge would be manually adjusted to $40.
Because the iClass system is linked to all of our programs (all-star, classes, camps/clinics and private lessons), the system may automatically apply that payment to any outstanding charges on your account, regardless of if it is a private lesson charge or not. This is an automatic response of the iClass system. Due to the volume of administrative tasks associated with cancellations, we will not provide an itemized description of payment applications. Should you wish to view your transaction history to see how payments have been applied, you can generate a full ledger report through your parent portal.

ALL cancelled private lessons MUST be cancelled outside of a 24-hour period. If a lesson is cancelled within 24-hours, the lesson(s) are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. If your athlete is sick or injured, a doctor's note MUST be presented via email to privatelessons@brandonallstars.com in order for the 24-hour rule to be reconsidered. If a doctor's note is not provided, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be posted to your account.
NOTE: Private lessons cannot be booked online within 24-hours. The system is time sensitive and will not allow a client to book a lesson if it is within a 24-hour period.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS OF THE STUNT LESSON REQUEST FORM THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST!
Flyer stunt lessons CANNOT be booked by the client through the portal. If you attempt to do so, they will be cancelled.
