  • jasmyn hickman

    PROGRAM DIRECTOR

    Jasmyn is a Central Florida native who grew up as a competitive All-Star cheerleader and dancer. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where she earned Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and Public Administration. Jasmyn also spent four years as a Kindergarten teacher at a private academy in her hometown of Titusville, Florida.

    While attending college, Jasmyn traveled across the country teaching cheer and dance technique camps, choreography, and skills development. She brings over 25 years of competitive cheer and dance experience as both an athlete and coach, with a background that includes high school cheer, all-star cheerleading, and dance.

    Jasmyn has coached at Brandon All-Stars  for 11 years and has over 18 years of coaching experience overall. She also served as a cheer and tumbling director in the Tampa Bay area while attending USF. Throughout her coaching career, Jasmyn has led teams to numerous National Championship titles, including major victories at CHEERSPORT National Cheerleading Championship and Universal Cheerleaders Association events, while also coaching multiple teams to Summit Finals appearances and championship placements.

    She is USASF credentialed and has also worked as a certified Varsity Brands panel judge and USASF Safety Judge. Through her many years of working with children of all ages in a variety of settings, Jasmyn believes every child has a unique light, and it is her passion and privilege to help them shine.

  • LEXI WOOD

    ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

    Lexi has been working with the Brandon All-stars Office Administration since August of 2012! She attended the University of South Florida where she attained her Bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance in May of 2014. She was a cheerleader in middle school and high school, but her passion at Brandon All-stars is assisting the families and athletes with navigating the technical side of the sport through customer service, correspondence, event planning, and so much more! Her favorite event to plan and execute every season is our coveted annual Showcase! 

  • Halee Dixon

    TEAM COACH

    Halee is a Team Coach for both the Brandon and Wesley Chapel locations. A longtime member of the Brandon All-Stars family, Halee spent seven seasons as an athlete with the program from 2008–2015. During her final four seasons, she competed on the world-renowned Brandon Senior Black as one of the best Main Bases in the industry, earning multiple National Championship titles.

    In addition to her all-star career, Halee was also a member of Florida State University's All-Girl Cheerleading Team for three seasons and served as team captain during her senior year.

    After returning to Brandon All-Stars as a coach in 2020, Halee is now entering her seventh season on staff. Throughout her coaching career, she has led teams to major accomplishments, including Cheersport, UCA and NCA titles, a Summit Championship victory with Small Coed Level 5 Lightning in 2021 and most recently a Summit Championship title with Junior Silver in 2026.

  • Raeann Railsback

    COORDINATOR & TEAM COACH

    Coach Rae was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She started her All-Star Cheerleading career at a young age, competing for over 10 years as an athlete. She held multiple national titles and successes as an athlete, including a first-place finish at the 2017 UCA International Allstar Championship. She began volunteering her time as a junior coach at age 15 and continued that for three years before coaching recreational gymnastics part-time for two years. She then eagerly joined the BAWC family in 2020 when she moved to Florida. Since being here, she has shown immense versatility in her work - coaching everything from Tiny Novice to Elite Level summit teams. As a coach, she placed top 10 for two consecutive seasons at The Summit. Taking home top 10 at both The Youth Summit 2025 and The Summit 2026. She is super excited to take on her sixth season at BAWC!

  • AMAYA BODDEN

    TEAM COACH

    Amaya is a Florida native with 13 years of cheerleading experience as well as 10 years of coaching experience. Originally from Orlando, FL, Amaya relocated to the Tampa Bay Area in 2019 and began working at Brandon Wesley Chapel since its opening, and has been a dedicated coach every season since. Amaya has several national championships under her belt, including UCA, 2x Cheersport, Spirit of Hope, as well as 3x Summit finalists. Amaya is highly passionate about her teams and believes that every child has the potential to flourish! 

  • Mason Deans

    TEAM COACH

    I’m Mason Deans, and I’ve been coaching at Brandon All-Stars since 2021. I have 10 years of All-Star cheer experience and a passion for helping athletes grow in both skill and confidence.

    In the spring of 2026, Mason obtained a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida. Mason loves creating a positive, hardworking environment where athletes can have fun, build teamwork, and reach their full potential. 

  • Jordan Duncan

    TEAM COACH

    Jordan joined Brandon Allstars as an athlete during the 2022–2023 season and cheered for three consecutive years at both the Wesley Chapel and Brandon locations. Before all-star cheer, she participated in sideline cheer at Wiregrass Ranch High School. During her time as an athlete, Jordan also served as a junior coach at the Wesley Chapel location, where she discovered her passion for coaching and working with children.

    After graduating high school, Jordan made the decision to step away from competing during her final year of eligibility in order to focus on her college education and pursue a coaching role with Brandon Allstars. She currently serves as a class instructor and half-season coach and is thrilled to begin her first season as a team coach.

    Jordan’s goal is to use her love for cheer and passion for mentoring young athletes to make a positive impact on every athlete and family who walks through the doors at Brandon Allstars Wesley Chapel.

    Outside of the gym, Jordan attends Pasco-Hernando State College, majoring in Human Services, and recently completed a Certified Medical Assistant Program at Advent Health University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with her little sister and best friend, Jackson.

  • Kayla Killen

    TEAM COACH

    Kayla began her All-Star cheerleading career in 2012, she has over ten years experience as an athlete. This is her fourth season as a team and class coach with Brandon All-Stars. In addition to coaching, she will also be continuing her education at Rasmussen University, where she is pursuing a degree in nursing. She is excited to continue balancing her love for cheerleading with her future career in healthcare.

  • Arlette Mackliffe

    TEAM COACH

    Hi! I’m a coach at Brandon All-Stars and have been coaching classes for three years and is entering her second season coaching teams. My journey with Brandon All-Stars started when I was 15 years old cheering at the WC location before moving to the Brandon location for my final two years as an athlete. Being able to grow from athlete to coach within the same program has been such a rewarding experience, and I love helping athletes build confidence, skills, and love for cheer!

  • Latasha Washington

    TEAM COACH

    Latasha began her cheerleading career in 2012 with All-star and high school cheerleading. After graduating, she spent two years on Saint Leo University’s cheerleading team. Latasha completed her time at Saint Leo with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Multimedia Management, as well as an MBA specializing in Project Management. She began coaching All-star cheerleading in 2021, during that time she has had 3 teams who have won THE ONE finals! This is her 4th season at Brandon.

  • Ralph Roark

    INTRUCTIONAL CLASS COACH

    Ralph fell in love with tumbling at 8 years old and began his cheerleading career in 2016 during my sophomore year at Raytown High School in Raytown, Missouri. That same year, he joined a Senior Level 4 at CG Athletics.

    Ralph joined Platinum Athletics in 2017 and competed on their level 6 team for two seasons. At Platinum, he began junior coaching and learning how to coed stunt. For the 2019-2020 season, Ralph moved to Texas to join the Cheer Athletics Cheetahs. In 2021, he began coaching classes and stunt privates at Cheer Athletics Dallas until late 2023.

    This will be his third season at BA, and he couldn’t be more excited to continue working with this amazing staff to build the next generation of athletes!
